Changes and Cancellation

  • If more than 30 days’ notice is given in off peak and 60 days for Peak bookings for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less a 30% cancellation fee per cabin, camping or van site. Refunds will be processed via a refund transfer to credit card used for booking. If less than 30 days’ notice is given for a cancellation in off peak times and 60 days for peak bookings or after booking date NO refunds will be given and in the event of a no show 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
  • At least 30 days for off peak and 60 days for Peak’ notice must be given for bookings or date alterations.
  • For some “Exclusive” special offers, full payment is required upon booking and any booking for School Holidays, Easter and Christmas (Peak Season) a five-day deposit is required to hold the booking. NO refunds will be issued for cancellations on special offers.
  • If cancellation is done less than 60 days from the booking date or after the booking date you do not get a refund.
  • Date and alteration changes are subject to availability. In the event of a urgent cancelation it is at the decision of park management to over rule any policy after a review of circumstances.


Pets

Dogs are welcome at the Managers discretion.

Self-Contained Cabins Terms and Conditions of Entry
The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damages to the cabin and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the cabin) which will result in and also may be subject to additional charges for any damages. Island View Holiday Park reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival. In addition to this a driver’s licence from who the cabin is registered at check-in/arrival.

Parking
Parking of guest’s vehicles are with their sites (1 car per site). If visiting guests within the park, all visitors are required to check-in at the office before entering the park. All visitors’ cars are to be parked at the front of the park not within the park grounds and walk to our guests’ site.

Boom Gate Tag
A boom gate tag is required to enter our main park (scan in & scan out at the yellow bollards), tags are only 1 per site and are for paying guests only, if lost or not returned on check out a $20 fee is charged to the nominated credit card given at the time of booking.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The following booking conditions apply for all reservations at Island View Holiday Park:

A maximum number of occupants apply for each different cabin type as noted this website. These maximums include infants and cannot be exceeded. Each cabin type has a different minimum stay, depending on whether the dates fall in the off-peak, peak or summer peak seasons. Please note that Island View Holiday Park reception is closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for Christmas Day. The prices for accommodation quoted on this website are for the first 2 persons, unless otherwise noted. Additional children (3-13 years) are an extra AUD $15.00 each per night and additional adults (14 years and over) are an extra AUD $15.00 each per night. Infants under 3 years of age are not charged when using existing bedding. Site prices quoted on this website are for the first 2 persons, unless otherwise noted. Additional children (5 years & over) are an extra AUD $10.00 each per night.

If booking through website, full payment is required to secure each booking. Check-in time for cabins is between 1:00pm and 5.00pm. Van and camping site can check-in from 10:30am to 5:00pm and check out time is by 10.00am daily (except Christmas Day). Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for Christmas Day. Please note that, if you know you are going to have a late arrival. Please contact the reception during the day of arrival between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm weekdays Monday to Saturday and Sundays 8:30am to 1:30pm. Our team will make arrangements for your key for accommodation and a park map to be placed in area known for you. If you are paying by credit card, the same credit card must be presented for verification upon arrival at Island View Holiday Park. For some “Exclusive” special offers, full payment is required upon booking and no refunds will be issued for cancellations on accommodation cabins, van sites and camping sites. If more than 30 days’ notice on regular bookings is given or all other standard reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their deposit less a 30% cancellation fee per accommodation cabins, van sites and camping sites. 100% of the booking fee will be charged if there is a no show for the booking on the day of arrival or if a site is vacated early without notice.

Receipt of your payment means we guarantee to hold the accommodation for you and you agree to stay with us for the period of time booked. Island View Holiday Park will confirm the accommodation and payment with a confirmation booking letter and receipt via email within 24 hours after making the reservation. These bookings can only be made through our reception. Island View Holiday Park makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available on its website is accurate. However, Island View Holiday Park cannot and does not guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults. Guests are required to present valid photographic identification upon arrival. Other booking terms and conditions apply for group reservations, reservations made with travel agents and reservations made via third parties. Other booking conditions also apply for Island View Holiday Park interim and long-term cabins.

Island View Holiday Park does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information published on the site at any time. Island View Caravan Park does not that accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website. Island View Holiday Park also provides hire equipment for entertainment while visiting. Please note, for all hire bookings, please contact reception and the forms for hiring equipment require credit card details as payment and security. Upon the safe return of and equipment, reception will cancel the credit card details after the customer has signed off on return form as security.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
